COMLAUDE

Mr. Mark Glenn Tejada graduated from Aquinas University in year 2006. He is now a MAPEH teacher in Bulan National High School. When he enrolled in Aquinas University, he got scholarship. It’s a private educational support financial assistance. He was a consistent in every semester, that’s why he got the chance of being an academic scholar in the said University. Before he enrolled himself in Aquinas University. He forced to study first at Bicol University taking up speech and theatre arts. However, since he was far away from their home and he suffered from “homesickness” that’s why he decided to quit from his schooling that year it was 2001. He decided to stop & then took a short term and studied at manila at cultural central of the Philippines taking up body. However he didn’t get the chance to continue his study in college. When he get back in Bulan  that was year  2002 he decided to enrolled again in university so that’s why he got the chance to study in Aquinas university . he never wished or not necessarily he dream to be a Comlaude. Mr. Tejada said “if you have a dream certainly it goes along your way”. when we want to finish our study we can achieve it when we study hard and we pursue to reach our goal . Love what we’re doing and do what were love to do.

Mr. Oliver Gotis Gliban graduated from Aquinas university of Legaspi way back 2009.he took up bachelor of science and nursing and already have an appellation at Philippine lung center and being hired as of the nurses under RN HILLS headed by the DOH deployed in RHU or Rural Health Unit of Bulan for 6 months and another 6 months in Irosin District Hospital. When he having his appellation, he also took up methods or units at RGCC. He was a scholar of the Marinata Scholar of Germany that’s why he managed his schooling. He was a consistent scholar up to college but not aiming to become a comlaude. Being in that honor was a privilege for him. He said as a student we have ups and down in our scholasticrecords. But sometimes because of this problem it makes as a hard person to strive more and go beyond to soar high for whatever dreams that we’re going to have in the future but he noticed that in their generation students are easy go lucky and didn’t pay attention in their academics. His mother told him that “wala kaming ibang ipapamana sayo kundi ang edukasyon” so that he advice us that for our dreams we must pursue our ambition in our life. “Along the way there’s a lot of trials but it’s just a spices.” Those trials and frustration was given to us. Just pray and trust God of all the things that we are doing. Study hard, have in ourselves and be a well-determined person.

Mrs. Marivic Ariate Añonuevo from Irosin   Sorsogon and a present master teacher II at same time and an English department coordinator in Bulan national high school .she is a happily married and she have four kids. She graduated at Collegio De La Milagrosa. She graduated as a comlaude despite the fact that she came from a poor a family where her parents cannot afford to send her to school. During her elementary life she applied in Christian center foundation (CCF) where she meet sister beny which is one of the SSBS sister who handled her & eventually she recommended her in colegio de la milagrosa to be a working student. During her college life at Colegio De La Milagrosa, Mrs.Anonuevo faced many problem where intend to stop from her schooling. The big problem that she have encountered is when her father got sick & eventually died before her graduation in college. She never expects that she is the one candidate as a comlaude .she felt mix emotion during her graduation day, because in her mind it is an unfulfilled promise to her father. Because during her grade school days she promised to her father that “papa during my college graduation papaakyatin kita sa stage ‘’ that’s why she study hard.
